Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to crop production, planting, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, grade, pack, and load products according to quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current H2B visa status is mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.
