Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops such as grapes, tomatoes, or row crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested produce according to quality and packing specifications.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors regarding daily production goals and operational needs.
- Adhere to all H2A regulations, including proper documentation handling and reporting.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently possess a valid H2A visa.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
- Basic math skills for measuring and inventory purposes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
