Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, IT, and sales positions, from requisition to offer.
- Source and screen passive and active candidates using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage interview calendars, and facilitate the candidate experience.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical skills (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, React).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
