You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a robust pipeline of technical talent. Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS tools to identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Screening: Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Market Analysis: Research the local talent market in Nashville and beyond to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the candidate onboarding process, including background checks, offer letters, and orientation.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service or sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Nashville, TN office (Hybrid model available after training).
