- Plan and execute hiring events in Tampa, FL and North Carolina markets
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate communications and interview logistics
- Analyze event metrics to optimize recruitment ROI
- Develop partnerships with local employment agencies and universities
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years recruitment or event coordination experience
- Proven success organizing hiring events/career fairs
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Knowledge of FL and NC talent markets
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
