Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and candidate tracking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed job descriptions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide weekly reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successful direct-hire placements.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
