Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify qualified technical candidates.
- Skill Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Lever).
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends to adjust recruitment strategies effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR coordination.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, Frontend, Backend, etc.) is preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours while meeting specific KPIs.
