Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through networking and social media sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and compensation packages.
- Close candidates and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in direct hire or executive search.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
