Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health using ATS.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
