Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design).
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Screen, interview, and present top candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a strong cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
