Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess cultural fit and skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment and candidate closing.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
