- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications to match job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the interview schedule efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job nuances.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and candidate feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
