Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone and video screen interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Post job descriptions on various platforms and optimize job postings to attract high-quality applicants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in filling high-volume or niche technical positions.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
