Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical phone screens, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent flow of candidates for future openings.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with sales and account managers to understand client needs and refine job descriptions.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, negotiating compensation and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
