Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers) through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from job requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews and managing interview feedback loops efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
