Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers) through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from job requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews and managing interview feedback loops efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the Charlotte, NC tech market and network of technical professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
