Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from pipeline building to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and culture fit.
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Build a strong network within the NY tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in placing Direct Hire candidates in the software industry.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
