Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process, from identifying talent to negotiating offers and closing hires.
- Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral screenings to ensure candidate fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Manage and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, within our ATS system.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand our talent network.
- Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of placing high-level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
