In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, owning the full-cycle recruitment process from talent mapping to offer negotiation. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for full-time Technical positions, specifically targeting candidates in Chicago, IL and North Carolina.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to identify passive talent.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and define job requirements.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Proven track record of successful direct-hire placements in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago, IL and North Carolina employment landscapes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
