Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Screen applicants via phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market needs.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (1+ years preferred).
