Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social recruiting to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Manage the entire applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline from requisition to offer.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and employer brand presence in the local market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring quotas in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
