Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science) across Miami and beyond.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
