Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to fill critical technical roles across multiple departments.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) to identify passive talent.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective recruitment plans.
- Navigate complex employment laws and compliance standards specific to the North Carolina region.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting aggressive deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting with high-speed internet.
