Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage with professionalism and speed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting strict deadlines.
