Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and compensation structures.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development and IT roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
