Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct phone screens, manage interview logistics, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Talent Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future openings.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate compensation packages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT/software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., DevOps, Full Stack, Cybersecurity).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and persuade.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Dedication: High energy, self-motivated, and able to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
