Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to fill open technical roles (Engineering, IT, Data, etc.) in Columbus and beyond.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial screening and assessment to interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of compensation trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Demonstrated success in direct hire placements within the technology sector.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
