Responsibilities
- Urgent Talent Sourcing: aggressively source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- SEO Optimization: optimize job descriptions, company pages, and recruitment content to rank high on search engines and ATS platforms.
- Candidate Engagement: conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the full candidate lifecycle with a focus on speed and quality.
- Market Analysis: analyze market trends in the Dallas tech sector to advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
- ATS Management: maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting and SEO within the US market.
- Remote Work: Must be fully comfortable working in a remote environment with excellent internet connectivity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse technical talent pools.
- Location: Must reside in the USA with the ability to work during US business hours.
