You will ensure our job boards and career pages rank #1, while simultaneously identifying and securing top-tier engineering and marketing talent in the competitive Bay Area market.

Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO audits on our career pages and recruitment websites to identify technical bottlenecks and content gaps.
- Develop and implement high-conversion job descriptions that rank well on Google and attract passive candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles, leveraging advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data to optimize conversion rates and reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are accurately reflected in both technical specs and SEO metadata.
- Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies weekly to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and SEO or a similar hybrid role.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
