Responsibilities
- Execute full lifecycle SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth for our clients and internal platforms.
- Manage job postings across various ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and job boards.
- Screen and interview technical candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Optimize company website content, meta tags, and technical structure for search engines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and recruitment campaigns.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Technical Recruiting or SEO, preferably in the US market.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work part-time hours with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development concepts is a plus.
