Responsibilities
- SEO Execution: Assist in optimizing web content, blog posts, and landing pages for high-ranking keywords to improve organic traffic.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media channels to identify and engage potential candidates for technical and sales roles.
- Job Posting Optimization: Write and optimize job descriptions to ensure they rank well in search engines and attract qualified applicants.
- Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends in recruiting and SEO to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly materials and internal training guides.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and keyword research tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
