Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and keyword analysis to optimize job postings for maximum visibility in search engines.
- Source and screen potential candidates using advanced LinkedIn and social media recruiting techniques.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling, SEO-friendly job descriptions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and conversion rates.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to onboarding and candidate communication.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support (fresh graduates with internship experience considered).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword usage, and meta-tag optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively via email and phone.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing time effectively in a part-time remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings.
