Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain fields by weeding, watering, and applying fertilizers as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure accident-free operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Load and unload harvested goods for transport to storage or market.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work under the H2A visa program.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes and farming equipment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
