Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to established agricultural standards.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure optimal safety and productivity.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols regarding chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and facility upkeep as required.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (or already possess valid H2A status).
- Physically capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Previous agricultural experience is a plus but not strictly required.
