Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source passive and active candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct thorough technical screening interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (strong candidates with no experience may be considered).
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical roles (Java, .NET, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
