Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Durham, including housing, schools, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans leveraging Durham's tech ecosystem resources (RTP, Duke, startups)
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor partnerships (moving companies, temporary housing)
- Provide cultural orientation and local insights about Durham's tech scene and lifestyle
- Track relocation KPIs and maintain detailed client documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with tech companies on relocation policy optimization and talent attraction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation services, HR, or tech talent acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Durham/RTP tech ecosystem and local resources
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse tech professionals
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveMobility) and MS Office
- Certification in relocation (CRP, GMS) or tech HR preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
