Responsibilities
- Design and execute technical recruitment strategies for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and professional networks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems and data analytics
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent
- Track KPIs and continuously improve recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success in tech hiring
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for passive candidates and niche technical roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Columbus tech ecosystem and talent networks
- Certification in recruitment (CPSM, CTS) preferred
