We are looking for a hybrid professional who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process while applying SEO best practices to our job postings and company brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.
- Optimize all job descriptions and company content using advanced SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our career page.
- Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and candidate pipelines are up-to-date.
- Build and nurture a talent pool of qualified candidates through social media outreach and networking events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job briefs.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at job fairs and industry networking events in the El Paso area.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta-tagging.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
