Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Coordinate relocation logistics including visa support, housing assistance, and relocation packages
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry stakeholders
- Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS platforms and SEO-driven candidate sourcing
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven relocation case management
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Strong SEO skills for optimizing job descriptions and candidate outreach
- Experience with HRIS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural competency
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to relocate candidates from diverse international locations
