Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market positioning.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and analytics.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy and motivation.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site interviews (as needed).
