Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for IT, Software Engineering, and Technical Support roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct technical and behavioral phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer letter acceptance.
- Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate onboarding logistics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven ability to fill hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
