Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting) to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Screen candidates via phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Post job descriptions on multiple platforms and optimize job boards for maximum visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the Technology sector.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical job markets and stack knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
