Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing high-volume technical positions
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, ML, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified in recruitment methodologies (e.g., CTS, CSP) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, immediate-hire environments
- Familiarity with Columbus and North Carolina tech markets
