Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to find passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial application to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing and selection processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets and closing rates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
