Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, inventory, and warehousing.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing relocation logistics or willingness to relocate with company support.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel as needed.
