Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic packaging, labeling, and shipping duties.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and workplace guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work with H2B Visa status (no sponsorship currently available).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
