Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing across international markets
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing)
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex digital product design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified international candidates
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working in multicultural teams preferred
