Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize product performance.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and feature sets.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers and interns within the team.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a fast-paced software environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
