As a Senior Product Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and intuitive user experiences. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our platform while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new features, from conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure technical feasibility of designs.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system that scales with the product and ensures brand consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels, advocating for the user voice.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the professional growth of the design team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and translating requirements into actionable design tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
