Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design strategy and execution for our core products. You will translate complex user needs into intuitive, beautiful, and functional designs that delight our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery for complex product features.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design system.
- Present design proposals and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for staying current with design trends and technologies.
