Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and art directors to translate complex ideas into visual narratives.
- Develop and maintain style guides to ensure brand consistency across all motion assets.
- Optimize animation performance and file sizes for seamless user experiences.
- Conduct research on emerging 2D animation trends, techniques, and software updates.
- Present and pitch animation concepts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating clean vector art, smooth timing, and compelling storytelling.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, including easing, squash and stretch, and staging.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions effectively.
